A new two storey clubhouse has been designed to replace the existing changing and hospitality facilities alongside the school’s sports pitches at Hill Fields, Caterham on the Hill.
On the ground floor, the new building provides changing rooms for 8 teams along with accommodation for equipment storage, first aid and referees. On the upper floor, a sizeable commercial kitchen provides match teas and catering for all of the teams and their supporters in a new hospitality room.
Perimeter balconies and an external staircase allow direct access up to the first-floor accommodation allowing visitors a direct route up into the secure bar area. The building has been aligned to maximise views across all of the sports pitches and carefully designed to be as robust as possible and securely protect the internal facilities from potential damage or intruders.
A new car park and access road complete the state of the art facilities.
