Now restored to its former glory, this grade II listed residence has turned full circle, having originally been built in the 1940s as a country residence, more latterly thought to have been used for offices and now fully restored to exacting standards as an impressive residence.
Initial plans for a general makeover including re-roofing and re-rendering using lime based render gave way to a more extensive structural refurbishment programme to deal with deterioration to the fabric of the building caused by ingress of water and damp.
